I am an Illinois Licensed Massage Therapist, certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).  I have been in practice for 18 years working in spa settings, in conjunction with chiropractors and independently.

Education:

Graduated from the Wellness and Massage Training Institute in 1996

Certified practitioner in Esalen Massage from the Esalen Institute in 1998

Began training in CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute in 2001.  Completed their core program, participated in several intensive programs, and continue to receive advanced training in CranioSacral bodywork.

 

In addition to therapeutic bodywork, I offer my serious health-minded clients an opportunity to be healthier by adding more fruits and vegetables in their daily diet with a whole food-based nutritional product that even has the science to back it up.  Most of us know what we should be eating everyday but due to busy lifestyles, we just don't always eat what our bodies need every single day.
